Horrible customer service. Had my vehicle for 7 days. Absolutely no communication. Service advisor extremely rude and unprofessional. Took my wife’s 2021 ford expedition in for two recall and AC not working and i asked for a rental car only yo be denied. I have been buying ford vehicles there all my life for personal and my business only to be treated this way. I hope they do a good job with repairs so i can drive it straight to the GMC dealer to trade it in. I will never again own a fiord vehicle. More

Unprofessional, disrespectful, and plain degrading, of my 20-year-old daughter a student at Texas Tech. Her truck has been in the shop for a total of 4 weeks. Paul Richards, her service advisor has been disrespectful and uncommunicative as the rest of the staff for 4 weeks. She hang been hung up on and laughed at. It has taken me to insert myself in the follow-up to get any type of response. It is a service department unwilling to deal with women or more, so they take advantage of them until a man steps in. This has all been addressed to General Manager Dan Daleon, who has refused to address the 2-page complaint sent to him. When the vehicle was finished and deliverer it smelled like smoked cigarettes and body odor. More
