I am very satisfied with service provided to me. I especially liked the support, advice and guidance received by Virginia. She is great listener to the concerns I had about my car. Our car was in their service department for over three months. They were waiting on parts to come in. The issue was not with the parts, because that was Ford corporate. The issue was the complete lack months. They were waiting on parts to come in. The issue was not with the parts, because that was Ford corporate. The issue was the complete lack of communication and lack of help. They kept telling us the parts would be in, in a few weeks. Finally we had them reserve us a rental car, which is part of our extended warranty. After 10 days we were told to return the car. We requested to keep in longer, but were told no. We then waited another couple of weeks and tried calling in to talk to the service director, but had to go to the dealer because they could not get him on the phone. He then promised to help, but never reached back out or did anything he said he would. We call Ford corporate and they told us he never even tried to get us a rental. Then they said we should have kept the car and our service rep at the dealer was supposed to tell us that. They also said that there was a person at the dealer that is supposed to help in these situations. None of that happened. We spent hours on the phone with Ford to get a rental before finally getting to the right person. So the dealer did nothing to help us during this entire ordeal. Also, when we did get the vehicle back the insulation underneath the transmission was not secured and fell down while we were driving home. The bolts required to fasten it had not been reinstalled. We are hoping they didn’t leave other things loose too. More
