I have tried to contact you numerous times over the last several weeks. Your phone always goes directly to voice mail and the voice mailbox is full, so no message can be left. I have also sent you 2 emails, neither of which were ever responded to. It seems as though you are only interested in creating a public perception of customer service for this forum. I don't think you really have any interest whatsoever in trying to "fix this" or "earn" my business.
