I’m new to Lubbock, so I decided to just take my truck to the dealer for its 65k mile service (essentially just an oil change). The people there are very friendly and the service was generally good. However, somehow my $69.99 service turned into $164.77 when I picked it up. My service advisor was not there when I picked up my truck and I could not get an explanation from the person who took payment. So, I just paid it and left. I generally liked this place, but not sure I can justify returning if they can’t stand on the amount originally quoted to me. More
