This dealership is by far the worst dealership I have been to. The fact that they have had my truck this past year for approximately 7 and a half months total is ridicules. The whole time not one rental been to. The fact that they have had my truck this past year for approximately 7 and a half months total is ridicules. The whole time not one rental car has been offered. With warranty and without warranty parts. After our complete engine being replaced in the past year(covered under warranty). Due to blueish smoke coming from the exhaust pipe on cold start ups. I was told I had a 30,000 mile warranty on the engine or 3 years. Approximately 2 weeks later the same smoke returned. We returned the truck and then was informed that the driver side turbo was leaking oil into the turbo and burning the oil. Ford then fixed the turbo oil line after removing it for a second time. We intermediate had small amounts of the same smoke on cold starts. In turn we went back to ford approximately 3 months later for the next oil change. Ford found another oil leak coming from The Timing Chains Gasket.(this was apart of the brand new engine). We were also informed that now both turbos need to be replaced due to the oil now leaking into the hot-side (Driver-side). The other turbo having damage to the hot side turbo fins (passages side). Mind you this issue has possible been the issue the entire time. Or it has been damaged/worsened due to the multiple times it has been removed and placed back. When I spoke to the associate/management if this could be the cause they stated” We can not prove that that is the cause, but this is the problem that needs to be fixed” That is not comforting nor does it convey trust. Now due to the elapsed time and mileage only the timing cover leak covered. Both turbos are now my problem. Even though this issue could have been solved a long time ago with proper diagnosis and been covered under my powertrain warranty. Also to add insult to injury, the entire time my truck has been in the shop, we have not gotten one rental vehicle. During the longest stretch of about 5 months we were told to get on the waiting list for a loaner. We were informed that the waiting list was 3 months out, my wife and I both agreed to be placed on it. After 4 months we inquired about the loaner and we were told that we had not been placed on the list. This was very much invigorating. One of the two service advisors are not currently working at this Ford house. I have more complaints but these are the most disappointing. I have owned two other Fords in my life and dealt with other issues at other Ford houses, and we were pleasantly pleased with there care. Gene Messer Ford has been out right awful. After we pay for our turbos to be fixed( hopefully correctly) we will never return to this Ford house. Unless this is your last option, please do not come here. More
