Communication is extremely poor from the service department. My truck was in this shop for ten days. I was told originally it would take two days to be diagnosed, then three, then it was a holiday department. My truck was in this shop for ten days. I was told originally it would take two days to be diagnosed, then three, then it was a holiday weekend. After a week, it was diagnosed. I was then told my truck was being worked on. It took FOUR days to change spark plugs because even though when I called to check on my truck and was told it was being worked, it wasn't being worked on. No one was calling me, I had to call daily to find out about my truck. Finally on day 9, the service writer called to explain that the technician had been working on another vehicle's, but was starting on my truck and it should be ready later that day. Nope. Got called the next day that my truck was ready. I understand delays. I do not understand no communication. I do not understand not returning phone calls. I do not understand not keeping the customer informed. I will be buying a King Ranch in 2024. I will NOT be buying from this dealership. I've had it with them. More

I left my truck to have the recall issues addressed. I had been told by another local Ford dealership it could take months of leaving my truck with them, and that those recall issues did not really nee I had been told by another local Ford dealership it could take months of leaving my truck with them, and that those recall issues did not really need to be addressed. Tom at Gene Messer told me he would try to have it in a week’s time with a holiday in that week. He had it ready before the weeks end. Everyone was personable, helpful and easy to work with. Good job taking care of customers, Tom!!! More
