The service provided was much better than my previous visits. Alfredo was very professional and kept me informed the whole way through my vehicle’s service. The tech who worked on my vehicle took his tim visits. Alfredo was very professional and kept me informed the whole way through my vehicle’s service. The tech who worked on my vehicle took his time, sent me a video of the things that were serviced and even made sure to check my cabin air filter. Something I thought was always done previously but unfortunately was not. This service experience was a 10/10 and I look forward to my next visit since I know my mustang is in good hands. More

I absolutely advise against taking your car to Gene Messer service center for any repairs. My mom took her 2008 Ford Fusion there to have the window regulator and motor replaced because the window wasn Messer service center for any repairs. My mom took her 2008 Ford Fusion there to have the window regulator and motor replaced because the window wasn't going all the way down. Less than 18 months later, the window wouldn't budge at all. The repair ticket clearly stated a 24-month warranty, but when we took it back, they refused to honor it, citing that the parts were aftermarket. They were the ones who installed these aftermarket parts after having the car for 2 months. There was no mention in the warranty that it only applied to Ford parts. The guy who assisted us, Caden, could only say, "I was not the person who spoke with you all two years ago," which is no reason to disregard the work they did on the car. We spent $667.99 on these aftermarket parts and labor, and I will never consider Gene Messer for any future repairs. They take forever to fix the problem, add aftermarket parts, and then refuse to honor their warranty. When we told them we wouldn't have them repair it this time, Caden had someone bring the car to us and asked us to wait inside the service center. The guy who brought the car just left it where he parked it and walked away without a word. Then, they all huddled up together and seemed to be discussing us while we walked up to the car. I cannot say for sure, but their body language and gazes said something else. More
