Was called/ texted BY the dealership to come in for service/oil change. Asked for a price and was quoted a TOTAL amount. Needed an oil change anyway and chose the dealership only because I thought they service/oil change. Asked for a price and was quoted a TOTAL amount. When we arrived I asked if they could check tires and see if they needed rotated or anything since it was my daughter’s car. He said that would be 20 extra. I said I could get them rotated where I bought the tires for free so whatever. I was going to send my daughter to pick up the car and they texted that there was a URGENT repair needed and to “ click here” to approve the repairs. New spark plugs. $580 and wasn’t even on the inspection report that was included. No. Additionally, this inspection report now completely cleared her brakes which they had said urgently needed to be replaced last summer. Guess they were actually fine!?! Additionally they tried to charge me $20 more just for the oil change and when I said they were the ones who had contacted me with a different total price quote, they said “oh that is just an estimate !?!” They eventually did give me that price but the whole thing just felt really scammy and I am so so glad I didn’t send my daughter alone. Will not return. More
