I bought a Brand New Car 1st month I had issues with it. Had another issues with my Brand New Ford. Which set on your property for several months waiting for parts and to be fixed. I go to pick up my New Ford. It is dirty and disgusting. Took immediately to get wash. I return back to Service department due to scartches and damage to the outside of my Brand New car. While doing a complete inspection of my car. The front passenger side bumper has a big dent in it. My car has been sitting on your property for several months. This is uncalled for. Why was my Brand new car not inspected and cleaned up before being return back to me. How did it get damaged in your possession? I have pictures to show all damage that was done to it. Do not recommend the car dealer to anyone.
