Michael Calderon is the best. I had recalls on my expedition and it took three appointments to get it fixed. When I made the appointment they told me four hours. Michael took the time to look in to what needed to be done and it took four hours. Michael is the best. He is your go to person in the service department. More

I am from San Antonio, Texas and needed to service my Lincoln Corsair. I was given a walk in appointment and I believe Adriana was my service specialist. I appreciate that she took the time to look up my Lincoln Corsair. I was given a walk in appointment and I believe Adriana was my service specialist. I appreciate that she took the time to look up my Lincoln Extended Warranty contract in order for me to get my vehicle serviced. I am disappointed that my vehicle wasn't washed when I picked it up. A service North Park Lincoln always does for all my service visits. However, i visit my daughter quite often in Lubbock and would not hesitate to bring my vehicle back for maintenance if need be.
