Hi Kyla—thanks for sharing this. I’m sorry for the frustration you’ve experienced. We’ve already reached out and invited you to bring your Escape back so our team can re-inspect it. On your last visit we replaced the brakes; during the multi-point inspection we noted the check-engine light was on and the additional diagnostic was declined at that time. As we discussed yesterday, we’ll gladly look at the vehicle free of charge to determine what’s causing the loss of power and help get this resolved.
