I came in without an appointment for an oil change & opted to wait for my vehicle. My service writer Audriana asked if I wanted a ride home since it was going to be a 2 hour wait, I told her it was ok a opted to wait for my vehicle. My service writer Audriana asked if I wanted a ride home since it was going to be a 2 hour wait, I told her it was ok and I waited in the lobby for my vehicle. It didn’t take 2 hours, it only took 1 which I was very pleased with. Audriana was very kind, the lobby was clean, and service was fast. I will be going back to see her for my next service. More
