I dropped my car off 2 and a half weeks ago and it still wasn’t ready when I picked it up today to head back home from college for the weekend. Horrible service department. 2018 Ford Fusion 2020 Electrical issue with gear shifter no power to car but the shifter had a loud buzzing noise, Service dept could not find the 2018 Ford Fusion 2020 Electrical issue with gear shifter no power to car but the shifter had a loud buzzing noise, Service dept could not find the problem Ihad to take a video and email them for them to realize what the problem was. 57525 miles while driving the gear shifter was getting hot of course they had no clue of course unable to diagnose 59540 miles overhauled transmission no codes ever occurred showing any problems transmission was dropped and found to be leaking 61150 miles remanufactured transmission no codes ever occurred showing any problems transmission was dropped and found to be leaking 64452 miles having issues with the transmission service department claimed to drive my car 30 miles and he found no issues Mileage In-64452 Mileage Out-66452 wow I thought it was drove for 30 miles 71114 miles more transmission problems especially after driving around town in the heat Service Department transmission needs to be replaced per glenn the transmission has an internal problem More
