Horrible experience I had an absolutely horrible experience with Gateway Kia. I went in with a lease and ended up financing a car, but I was never told who the finance wa I had an absolutely horrible experience with Gateway Kia. I went in with a lease and ended up financing a car, but I was never told who the finance was through. I just assumed Kia finance again, and when I mentioned that in the signing part I was never told otherwise. I was there in the snow and I believe they just wanted to get out for the night and pushed things along. My trade in was not paid off, I would have NEVER left my car there knowing they were not paying it off! and now 5 months later they are still calling me to trade in the car they have! Plus now I need to get some help to take action on the car that was not paid off. I will NEVER go back to this dealer! More

This is the 3rd car I purchased form this Kia Dealer in North Brunswick, and ALLL the Salesman I've dealt with have been very professional and wonderful..I have dealt from salesman to service dept. an everyone has been great.. I will most definitely recommend people to "GATE WAY KIA IN NORTH BRUNSWICK NJ".THANK YOU FOR ALL OF YOUR HELP..SEE YOU IN A FEW YEARS IF NOT SOONER :) More
NO RESULTS WHATSO EVER I received a letter from them regarding trade in my car last week they had some promotion going on today I went there spoke to sales rep name mike we I received a letter from them regarding trade in my car last week they had some promotion going on today I went there spoke to sales rep name mike we talk filled out paper work I showed him this letter I received regarding my trade in never looked at the letter nothing , after paperwork done we done he steps away went to the main desk came back with keys for a forte hatchback went on test drive came back goes to the main desk, comes back with one of the manager name bob which I seen from previous times I been there I've had my car for 3 yrs from previous trade in and payments was 525 I needed to lower it so bob wanted me to pay 648 payment so I stated no way an he stated he see if it could be lowered I sat there for 3 hrs while my sales rep help other people took them on test rides in other cars as bob the mgr went from desk to desk approving other people so 3 hrs later he says on we still waiting for a bank give them 10 more minutes I explain to him my payments have not been late I just was diagnosed with breast cancer in Qct of last year that I may not be able to keep up with the payments and may have to return this car which im thinking about doing and I ask him could I refinance that was not a option so TO KIA MOTOR AFTER THIS MONTH I MAY RETURN THIS 2014 KIA FORTE.... Lost a new customer after only 3 Months! Purchased a 2017 Kia Sportage SX in Black Cherry 3 months ago. Took delivery in the dark around 9pm. Pointed out scratches all over vehicle and spider Purchased a 2017 Kia Sportage SX in Black Cherry 3 months ago. Took delivery in the dark around 9pm. Pointed out scratches all over vehicle and spidering in paint (as if it was ran through car washes). Salesman did not have much to say except come back one day and have service take a look. I came back weeks later and salesman no longer was working there. Bob, the GM basically passed me off. Another new salesperson came out to look at it and noticed the scratches all over. The service manager, I believe said "Well it is a black car". I contacted Kia Consumer Affairs, they contacted Bob at dealership and he basically had a very defensive stance on the whole thing when he called me the next day. They are not for the customer. They are for themselves! I even sent pictures to Kia. Bob basically said and I quote: " Well if the paint looks that bad, then we will simply deny having anything to do with it. So basically, they are blaming me! I have never taken the car through a car wash. I have own black cars in the past and have never had so many paint issues. BUYER BEWARE! They lost a great new customer and a spokesperson for Kia.......I am a National Sales Manager for my company and if I treated a new Kia customer, or any customer this way, they would simply replace me. Done and Done. More
