im a honda guy but mike falcone is knoledgeble and friendly. I came in with my girlfriend today to have service done on her car. I took the time to look at a couple of vehicles that i was not intrested in then i spoke to Mike and he offered to show me the Cadenza. The first Kia i would consider he offered me a test drive, explain to me all the features and benefit on the car. As i told him i was not ready for the next couple of months he show me no pressure on buying a car. I would definitely come back to see Mike when im ready to purchase a car. I will recommend Mike to anyone who looking into purchasing a vehicle. More
Rude and dishonest I left work early to get my car fixed. Jose was extremely rude to me. It seemed like he enjoyed talking down to me. I explained to him the problem with my car and his response was " Ha ha that's the first time I ever heard about a problem like that. I guess there is a first time for everything." Meanwhile, I looked up the problem with my car and there are Many many many people with the same exact issue. Jose told me that my car was not under warranty. I left , went home and looked through my paperwork. My car IS still under warranty. When I called Jose to let him know that my car IS still under warranty, he said "Oh well so just come back. Your warranty must have been purged out of our system". More
STAY AWAY!!!! STAY AWAY! Epitome of sleazy car salesman all around from the actual salesman to the managers and the "finance people" (who really just tell you how STAY AWAY! Epitome of sleazy car salesman all around from the actual salesman to the managers and the "finance people" (who really just tell you how great of a deal you got and try to sell you additional products). Purchased a brand new Kia Sorento, drove it home on a Saturday with 50+ miles on it, would not start on Sunday! Called my sales rep and he said it was "no longer a sales issue, but a service issue." I will say the service department did identify and fix the problem and I was given a satisfactory explanation of what was done. What I did not get was updates on what was going on or priority service being that my car was just purchased 2 days prior. I was told my car would be the first one taken at 7am, I called to confirm this and the service manager had no knowledge of my car, but said he would let me know an update in 30 minutes. I did not hear back for an hour so I followed up and was told they were still working on it. I asked to speak to sales to see my options being that it was a brand new car already with an issue, my rep, a nice guy, but pretty much useless at this point, said he would speak to a manager and get back to me. 2 hours later, no call back, so I followed up and was able to speak to a sales manager who dismissed all of my concerns and said he would call me once everything was figured out with the car and than we could review options from there. 3 hours later I finally get a call from service saying the car was ready, but no word from the manager when I asked to speak with him I was told he was on the phone with the manufacturer (certainly not talking about my issue) and that he would call me back. After an hour of waiting for a call back I reached back out to my rep and told him how I felt about his manager! I understand stuff happens, but you have to give your customer the time of day and address issues, even if it means just saying "Im Sorry." The manager did not want to face an angry customer and I let my rep know this amongst other things. I understand there is a contract and I really had no leg to stand on regarding getting a new vehicle, I was stuck even if I only had the car for a day, but at least provide quality customer service. Finally, I dropped the line that I was going to contact my lawyer to see if I had options to get out of the contract, amazingly, his manager became available. Speaking to a manger made me despise the organization even more. He opened up by saying how he was not avoiding me, he was stuck on a call, FOR 3 HOURS?!?!? He went on to say that the car would be as good as new and lucky me, he threw in another year of free oil changes! NO THANKS! 2 years of free oil changes and car washes, I do not plan on bringing my car back to this dealership unless its for a complete refund! I really do like the car and hope this was just a freak problem that is behind us, but the customer service the sales department delivered explains why car buying is such a frowned upon experience. There are plenty of other sleazy salesman that you can buy a car from, at least they will provide proper service and actually seem to care if there is an issue. AVOID GATEWAY KIA AT ALL COSTS! More

Upon arrival everyone was nice, Widmar greeted us while browsing.. showed me several vehicle options and answered ALL of my questions.. I was extremely indecisive, he didn't lose patience once.. Gateway Kia North Brunswick was a true breathe of fresh air. They truly went out of there way to help us get out of a vehicle, and into a brand new 2015 Kia Optima. Danny Z, Leon and all of the staff at Gateway Kia were some of the best I have ever experienced when it comes to purchasing a new vehicle. I would and will recommend them to any family and friends! If you want a great experience and very flexible and understanding sales staff and financing please give this dealer a chance to make you happy as well! More
