Great staff and selection I stopped in yesterday to just LOOK at a car. I was impressed by the selection but in the end I ended up buying because of the staff. They charge $4000 over mark for phony add on crap AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. IT HAS A BAD REPUTATION AND 10 MINUTES THERE WILL PROVE WHY. A CIRCUS LIKE ATMOSPHERE WITH CURSING AND YELLING. SCAM TACTICS, MANGERS!!!!!!! Our experience here was absolutely awful. They will not even go over a national lease special but rather try to put you in a car which cells for Wayo Our experience here was absolutely awful. Gateway Kia does something very unethical, they have an addendum which actually they raise the price after dealership $4000 for a bunch of insignificant nonsense like pinstriping , Loaner car service and a phone cable. We found out through past customers that they have been reported to the attorney general for doing these one year leases in which the car was sold far over the sticker price which is illegal. Their manager Steve acted like a child consistently yelling, making funny noises and cursing throughout the show room. There are many other local kii dealerships I am tens on reporting this to the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General of New Jersey. Their manager Steve belongs working in a zoo. needless to say we didn't buy her car there but rather at route 23 Kia with no problems, I highly recommend that dealership. More
Sleazy sales We just left there, sans car, due to a moronic sales manager named Anthony Franco. We offered $13k cash deal on the spot, for a lime green 2013 Soul; We just left there, sans car, due to a moronic sales manager named Anthony Franco. We offered $13k cash deal on the spot, for a lime green 2013 Soul; asking price of $13,990. He didn't even try to negotiate. We would have offered $13,500, but it was clear that Mr Franco did not intend to budge from the asking price. What he actually offered is a rebate check for $45 to cover two oil changes, since the car was for a daughter living out of state. Incredible. Not to mention we waited 40 minutes for the privilege of being blown off. Our thanks to Quentin Capone, our original salesman, for your help, and we sincerely wish we could have given you the sale. We think you deserve to work with a more supportive dealership. Clearly they did not want you to sell us this car. More

Kia ....downsize was an upgrade Went in to compare Sorrento to Sportage as family growing up. Test drove Sportage LX with turbo...Sweetentive Ride! And 4 cylinder , with sunroof and Went in to compare Sorrento to Sportage as family growing up. Test drove Sportage LX with turbo...Sweetentive Ride! And 4 cylinder , with sunroof and Uvo entertainment . They had dozens of variations and colors in stock. This was an early lease termination and they were as attentive to us as anyone else shopping that busy Saturday, in fact we last ones out that day. We are pysched with our new purchase and playing with it's new features. The salesman was very instructive on how to use the app. The extra bells and whistles for the Sportage ex package was worth losing 3rd row for. As an aside , our insurance premiums went down $46 a month so factor that in monthly payments. More

My husband has a bad back and sat in just about every car they had on the lot. Everyone in the showroom was happy to help and make suggestions they did not leave until he found a car he was comfortable in and happy with (no small accomplishment). I would definitely recommend this dealership and we plan on using them for buying our son a car. More
