The Sales Manager/Finance guy (whose name was Barry, I believe) apparently was used to doing business using the “righteous indignation” technique, where he starts blustering/waffling when we started asking questions, as if we had no right to do so. The first of which was, how was he coming up with a price for a car that was nearly $10,000 over the MSRP? He said he was doing us a “favor,” because he needs to "up the value of their car" in order to give us "more value on our trade in" – but I never asked them to give me extra value on my trade in. Then I looked down and saw that they were intending to give me $1,000.00 for my car, rather than the $2,500 it was certainly worth - although I suppose that's to be expected. Also, they were the only KIA dealer we saw that was running a “We’ll Match Your Down Payment, up to $6,000.00” special last weekend (which is why we went to them in the first place.) We were looking at a 2016 Sorento. We had a figure in mind for that make and model, which was the average price posted on Truecar.com for that car, in our area. Barry told us he “couldn’t sell the car” for that amount, and where did we get that figure? Were we just making it up? He said he was trying everything he could to help us out, including pulling out all the stops to give us value on my trade in. Except they were giving us less money for our trade in, and charging us WAY MORE for the new car. He must have asked us about five times in a row where we got our price from, and we finally said, “Does it matter? You are showing us your “worksheet” here with a price that’s nearly $10,000 OVER the sticker price of the car!” The guy starts blustering, and we said, “We just went back outside to double check the sticker price. It’s a year old vehicle, and we know that the sticker price is always inflated over the actual value of the car. I’m telling you what we are willing to pay for that car, and you don’t want to sell it to us for that amount; that’s fine. We can go next door and spend that kind of money at the Infiniti dealer and get a better car.” The guy started getting really blustery, his face started turning red, he started listing why he was valuing the car at such an over-inflated price and so we said, “Listen, that’s fine. We don’t need to buy a car today. If you’re not willing to work with us, then please give us our car keys back, and we’ll leave.” The guy says, “Yeah, fine, you can leave, you can go anywhere, no one will sell you that car for that price!” “It’s fine, I understand that you don’t want to sell us the car at that price,” we said. He then made a face, and we said, “Hey, you don’t need to yell or make faces at us. I’m being up front and honest with you, and there’s no problem here. I understand your position.” I was looking down at his “worksheet” and realized that what he was doing was adding the “matched down payment” plus the actual value of my trade-in back onto the MSRP of the car, which nearly brought the price up to $10,000 over the sticker price. Had to ask for my keys twice more, finally the sales guy that originally helped us came over with them, and we left. Now, for contrast, on Monday, we went over to a KIA dealership a few towns away, who guaranteed me a price that they advertised on the internet, lived up to their guarantee, we were able to sign the papers and we drove home in a new car within 3 hours. Again, it's obvious that the strong-arm, aggressive tactics and ridiculous mathematical gymnastics to prevent your dealership from missing out on any extra money they can squeeze out of you is the worst way to go about this, particularly with customers who have done their homework and who aren't willing to be bullied into a bad deal that would only benefit the dealer. I would recommend that EVERYONE stay away from this place. More

KIA Sorento 2016 Went to buy a KIA Sorento 2016 AWD 3.3 L V6. They said one was is storage. We made a deal with the promise I would write a positive review. Just as I Went to buy a KIA Sorento 2016 AWD 3.3 L V6. They said one was is storage. We made a deal with the promise I would write a positive review. Just as I finished review they discovered the V6 was sold. They tried selling me 2.4 L 4-cylinder for the same price. Said with turbo 4 is as good as 6. It is not. I drove both. After I left they called saying 2017 would be available in 10 days. This is hard to believe given everything says fall 2017. I purchased the car I wanted at another dealer for $3k less. Stay away. They claim to be doing you such a favor and giving you a great deal. Until you realize they screwed you and your stuck in a vehicle that loses value so fast you can't even trade it in. Not to mention KIA is the only Fianance company that does not allow you to pay off just the lease payments. You have to buy the car. They are a bunch of scam artists. Not to mention that most of the dealers will keep you there for 3-5 hours until you are so annoyed you will sign anything just to get the xxxx out of there More

Some dealers drop their monthly payments by $100 only when you are ready to walk, not here, they gave us approximate prices right off the bat and stayed within the budget! Everyone is very friendly too. Would definitely recommend and would return here for the service alone! More
