They didn't have the color that I wanted so they brought it down from their inventory for me. Were very patient with all of our questions. The paperwork took long (as it always does with car purchases) but everyone was friendly and explained each page we signed. Also, other buyers at the store that day were laughing and everyone was having a good time- great atmosphere (and their coffee machine is state-of-the-art!) More
Satisfied and Unsatisfied I went in on my own knowing that being a woman has it's disadvantages. I knew what I wanted and test drove the car. I did get the run around. I couldn't get the amount of the car they kept saying don't worry about it. They wouldn't work with me very well. I had another choice of a car and that was sold before I can even do anything with no price given to me. So I brought in my stepfather. They had another car that was scratched up and damaged bumper. I did get a price with him there. Because it was damaged I think it should have been a less priced car. I went alone to sign the papers and I annoyed everyone because I actually read what I am signing. Most people don't. I was signing a paper that said anything the salesperson promises you they are not liable for. Well I refused to sign this paper till I had gotten my owe form that they were fixing the bumper of my car. Wow the attitude. When I did receive my owe form it said they owe me nothing. Well I just refused to sign the paper till they added they will be fixing the bumper. Then I signed the form that said they are not liable for anything but the owe document is signed so I will be getting my bumper fixed. It is important what you sign because all that paperwork I was signing pretty much was saying your screwed and they are not liable for anything. The lemon law is something that should be different and you should get your full refund back for. But there are steps. I can't believe the society that we live in now corporations screwing everyone. Buying a car at a dealership used to be good quality. Even though there have been some issues I was not happy about and at other dealerships I was treated better and they were negotiating the cars with me. Because of my bad credit I had gotten the crappiest car of the bunch but they were able to get approved for credit and they were nice. My car does have some issues but I am under warranty and it can be looked at. So am I satisfied? I have gotten the car that I wanted and the bumper will be fixed minus the scratches, I do like my car it's a fun ride and it has plenty of room exactly what I was looking for. It's a place to start to build up my credit and then I will be able to get a new year kia. More
