Ok, I decided to buy a 2012 Kia Soul because it met my desire to lower my monthly payment and lower my fuel consumption, I had a couple of friends who have one and love it, AND it's just a cool looking ca desire to lower my monthly payment and lower my fuel consumption, I had a couple of friends who have one and love it, AND it's just a cool looking car (with a cool theme song). I also read many reviews online...I was convinced. After spending about a half hour with my sales guy Hector, it seemed pretty clear I wasn't going to be going home with a vehicle other than the one I drove there, no more 2012s and 2013s were out of my reach financially. After some involvement and back and forth with his manager (much more than this sounds), Hector came over and shook my hand and said it's yours. I was shocked! I was asking for the world and they gave it to me...really?!? I had brought in a coupon for an extra little gift for making an appt and buying a new car which was offered me when I visited their website a few days prior. I was hesitant to even ask if it was possible to redeem it since they already gave me LOTS! He kindly said it couldn't be combined with any other discounts. I was ok with that answer, because what I got was a great deal. About halfway through the process with the Finance guy and running a new pen dry with all the paperwork Hector came over and said the gift was included...He didn't have to try again with his manager...I already liked them for the deal I got...but he did. I have to say, I'm really impressed! Anyone interested in buying a Kia...check out Towne Kia in Denville, NJ - there was this sah-weet looking Optima that kept staring at me from Hector's office...*sigh*...another day :) More

I approached him about my brakes,...he dropped everything and drove my car. He explained everything, and adjusted the brakes. He was so concerned when I said it was my brakes, he dropped everything. I realized it was almost closing time, and his techs., were finishing up their jobs. His professionalism took over, and fixed the problem, right after he test drove the car. In all my years of buying cars at least 30 years, I never ran into a Service director, who was so comcerned, gracious, willing to go out of his way to please,and cared so much. Upon picking up my new car, Sean went over ALL the car's features, and explained everything in 'easy to understand' terms. He was very thorough and I left there feeling confident knowing where to find even the simplest (yet necessary) features like lights and windshield wipers. I admit, I have not had the same experience at some other dealerships! I was impressed with Sean, as well as other sales staff who were friendly and accommodating and that's exactly what you would expect when making such a big purchase. More

my wife brought from towne kia dealership a 2006 pt cuiser convertible with about 76,000 miles. I have taken the car to a service department and to another service place. It was found that one of cuiser convertible with about 76,000 miles. I have taken the car to a service department and to another service place. It was found that one of the motor mounts are cracked , the serpentine belt looks like it needs to be replaced , looks like maybe suspension problem as well , window switch is no good , lock on door is broken, and engine shakes plus master cylinder might be going because the brake pedal goes all the way down sometimes to the floor but brake pads are good. Now we was told by your dealership sales person that the car was inspected 100% and they spent 1,500 in fixing the car that was wrong and that it was fixed and car is a ok. Well it looks like this car was never inspected or had any of those problems fixed. If the car was inspected they would have found the broken motor mount , shaking of the engine , broken lock etc , stay away from them they will smile promise you everything then once you sign and leave thats it they will not care after that and the smile id gone after that More

I went to one other Kia dealer (Clifton) prior to visiting Towne Kia and it was like night and day. I had done my homework and knew what I wanted (Sorrento) including options and what I was willing visiting Towne Kia and it was like night and day. I had done my homework and knew what I wanted (Sorrento) including options and what I was willing to pay. As a single female shopper, the other dealer tried to get one over on me, not Peter. He was very helpful and didn't push options on me that I didn't want. I can't say enough about how pleasurable this car buying experience was and it has to do with Pete and the price Towne Kia gave me. I would highly recommend Towne Kia and especially Peter Surdi. More
