DO NOT buy a car from this dealership, especially if it is a used car. I asked over and over if the used car I was purchasing had been inspected. I was told over and over that the car was inspected and i is a used car. I asked over and over if the used car I was purchasing had been inspected. I was told over and over that the car was inspected and in great shape. A week after purchasing I had a $3,300 repair bill!! Once they realized I had a complaint, they all disappeared, especially Rene Cruz, the supposed sales manager. I have never met a more unprofessional person! I am now trying to get in touch with the owner of the dealership, Susan Mackoff, and the run around has begun with her. I call Towne Kia and they tell me she is working in Towne Hyundai. I call Towne Hyundai and they tell me she is definitely working in Towne Kia. WHAT A MESS!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE PLEASE save yourself a lot of aggravation and shop elsewhere. I stopped by Motion KIA in Hackettstown to determine if all KIA dealerships are such a nightmare. I am very pleased to say the Motion KIA dealership is the place to go. Too bad the used car I bought wasn't on their lot!! More
