I was not sure I wanted to travel over an hour to buy a vehicle, but when I spoke with Polly we just made a connection. When arrived there I was introduced to Peter. Drove 70 miles to see a pre-owed Hyundai Limited Edition. The week before I was half-way there when the sales manager called me to tell me the car was sold - that's after he promised me he wouldn't sell the The week before I was half-way there when the sales manager called me to tell me the car was sold - that's after he promised me he wouldn't sell the car before I got there to see it. I wasted a 35 mile drive 1/2 way there and then 35 miles home. It turned out the car didn't sell and was still available. I arranged to go see it the following weekend. I drove 70 miles with my young son. I found the car cosmetically disgustingly dirty, with torn seat backs, and with stains everywhere. Plus the car smelled. The salesman Peter knew I was driving a long distance to see this. Peter NEVER looked inside the car to see THE REAL CONDITION - A TRUE MESS! And when I commented that I've never seen such dirty vehicles put on sale at a regular dealership, Peter's response was their dealer couldn't afford to "detail" their pre-owned cars. I told him that in all the dealers I've ever been to - including Not your standard car dealers, such as true used car dealers - all the dealers cleaned up their cars to make the best impression. Peter tried his best to get me into a vehicle, which of course was leading me into a Kia - which I had no intention of buying. I left this dealer in NJ and drove directly to Croton Auto Park and found a perfectly clean and prep'd Hyundai that I did purchase. More

Orlando Perez did the numbers crunch, worked toward making it happen and it did. No baloney or games like so many dealers do......impressed with everyone involved. Had a minor service issue and Dwayne was extremely helpful. Also informative when I had some unanswered questions. A+++ on the service end. Hector is well deserving of the recommendation - especially if you're in the market for a Kia. He gives the car sales business a good name, which is unusual! I traveled one hour to get there and it was well worth it. Thanks for everyting Hector! More

Our Salesperson Jamaal was also super to deal with from start to finish. The sales manager in the end made this deal happen giving my son and I an amazing deal on this 2013 Kia Optima EX Premium. I have bought and leased over 40 cars,and this was one of my best experiences! Looking for a up front,honest,fair,no gimmick dealership? No need to look any further. TOWNE KIA!!! More

As a widowed mother of 4 it never feels easy to make a big purchase, especially for one of my children. Car buying is right at the top of that list. My daughter (a college senior) was truly in need of a n big purchase, especially for one of my children. Car buying is right at the top of that list. My daughter (a college senior) was truly in need of a new vehicle. I have a cousin in the car business but she asked to look at the new Kia Optima. Not only did we all fall in love with the car but we will be loyal Towne Kia customers for many years to come. Everyone was open, honest friendly but most of all sincere. I felt a level of comfort that I have never experienced before when purchasing a car. Peter Surdi was everything a representative of your company should be. He is knowledgeable, professional and warm. He cared about what my daughter wanted. He explained every feature and function of her new car in detail (without making it long and boring) and made sure she knew she could contact him if she ever needed help. I asked for a stack of his cards before we left. I have already recommended Peter, Towne Kia and the Optima to over a dozen people. The vehicle is beautiful and my daughter has also given out cards and information to her peer group at college and at work. Next year I will also be purchasing anew car Towne Kia and Peter Surdi will be the beginning and end of my search. On top of everything else -- the price was fabulous! We met with Frank after a rather poor experience at Towne Hyundai and he was amazing. We were new to Kia so didn't know much about the brand or their cars. Frank helped us find a car that fit what we were looking for, gave us a ton of information about it and kept us smiling along the way. He bonded with our 3 year old daughter and also had her laughing, whereas other dealers seemed annoyed we brought her along. In the end, we decided to go with a different car but we were very pleased with Frank and the overall experience. More
