She asked Ramon to Help me and he made a sound as if it was a bad time And an inconvenience to help me. I told Him I wanted to see the inside of a sorento. He showed me and asked if I wanted to test drive and I said yes. Then he was asking me if I was interested and I told him what I wanted I spend per month to finance and what I wanted as a trade in value for my current card. Ramon couldn't do the math himself, he had to keep going and talking to his manager to get figures. Then the manager asked for my car keys to see my current car. Later on I asked Ramon for my keys back And he kept "forgetting" to give me them. Finally My husband went to the manager and asked For my keys and the managers reply was "well Do you like the car or not" (referring to the sorento) and my husband informed him that its my decision and that I want my keys back now!! Needless to say I wasn't happy about the car keys, the prices that were offered to Me not the mannerism of the employees. As I was leaving, the gm can to my car to try and talk me into another car but brand new. As he is talking to me, all the employees are standing in the window like catty little children. It was extremely rude and disrespectful of them and unprofessional!!!!! I appreciate the gm trying to do damage control but the damage was already done and it was too much to Fix. I will never buy from this location!! ramon lied and told his boss that he had a deal with me and i was ready to sign papers on a car. That is 100% a lie. I was there to look at car options and prices but I will never buy from there after how I was treated and I plan on telling everyone I know why poor quality of people work here!!!!! More
