I am in the research stage of looking for a new car. I went in to the dealership to look for lease deals. Walking in no one greeted me, which for me seems rude. I did not see any receptionist in the showr went in to the dealership to look for lease deals. Walking in no one greeted me, which for me seems rude. I did not see any receptionist in the showroom. That's mistake number one. I actually had to go up to Ramon and introduce myself and tell him I am interested in finding out more information on the Forte. He sighed and got up. That's mistake number two. Next, he filled out his up sheet and got his manager over to say hello which is not all that bad but when he tries to sell me a car before I even test drive anything, it upsets me. Finally the manager leaves and he then asks, "So do you still want a test drive?" Really, I came to you asking to test drive a vehicle. That's number three. On the test drive he is silent only answering my questions, if one word responses counts as answering questions. I couldn't get an answer about pricing at all. Finally after we get back from the test drive the managers comes back again and tries to sell me a car again! AND to top that off he wouldn't give me a good quote on a lease offer. I mean that's what I came in looking for. I was thoroughly annoyed and will probably not come back unless I do get a Kia and need service. Not a headache I need to experience again! More
