When we purchased our car a year ago I was a little leary of the price. The car was pretty expensive for being almost 6 years old but we were assured that it had a flawless maintenance record. We had to have all the tires replaced within 6 months and the brakes completely redone--at which time we were told some of the brake components were completely rusted together. Our mechanic said it looked like someone tried time fix it but after realizing how badly rusted it was they just put it all back together. More

Gary Smith should be proud to have them they are great! Now the bad, the finance mgr.whose name is "gator" was so rude and unprofessional i almost cancelled my deal. His tone of voice was terrible and he had the worst attitude i have ever seen.He was upset because i was paying cash and said he had to waddle over to the office and count it.He shoved the paperwork in front of me and said sign it,never explained to me what i was signing.When i told Trish what happened she was very upset and told me how sorry she was. She then went and got her boss Jamie who is a very professional and super nice person.He shook my hand and told me how much my business meant to him and Trish.He could not beleive how rude "gator" the finance mgr was to me.Jamie said how sorry he was and i think that was very classy. Went in for a Timing Belt service on Saturday morning at 0830 when the service department opened. Latone Thompson, the Service Advisor, was very friendly and welcomed me and asked if I needed any help. I t 0830 when the service department opened. I told her why I was there and she wrote me up and gave me an estimate of when the vehicle would be ready (3pm). Ms. Thompson calls me at 449pm to let me know the car is ready, my wife and I get to the dealership at 505, I start walking towards Ms. Thompson, as I am doing this Kelly Thielman, the cashier, very rudely says "they've been closed for 15 minutes", my wife was behind me and sees that she rolled her eyes at me. My wife lets her know that we just got called and came in as soon as possible, the cashier exhales and says "fine what's your last name". No "hello", no "how can I help you", she was rude the whole time. This was not the first time that we have dealt with this cashier. The last time I went in for a service for my distributor and had to check out with her, she was rude that time as well. She never greats you, never says have a good day. My wife has checked out with this cashier on her own as well and it was the same experience. My car always turns out great but I wish I didn't have to check out with KELLY THIELMAN! If it wasn't for her I would rate Gary Smith Honda with a 5. More
I went in for routine service on my Honda Civic because a code was showing on the dash (A 13). I was informed it was an oil change, transmission fluid change and tire rotation. Since the tires were well worn I requested a price quote. The price was $100 less than Goodyear had told me, so I bought the new tires from Gary Smith Honda. I mentioned to Brad that my sun visors were broken. He said that the warraty had been extended on the visors and he had them replaced for free. It was a very good day for me because all the work was completed quickly (less than three hours) and I ended up paying less than $600. More

I was vacationing in the area and had a warranty issue on my vehicle. Jeremy Cameron set up the appointment and ordered the part. He was polite and helpful. After the service was complete, no one took time to explain what was done. Also, prior to arriving I noted that my fluid levels were low but none was added during the visit. I understand that I was from out of town and most likely will never be back, but there is a certain level of service that I expect from Honda.It was not met during this visit. More

I sold vehicles for approximately three years and to find someone like Trish is without a doubt special and lucky. Trish has energy and spirit that can only belong to someone who loves what she does and will try to do whatever needs to be done to make the customer happy. The managers came over to ensure that we were being taken care of, as if there were any doubt. "Gator" in the finance office was informative and friendly. We understood the process and appreciated the manner in which he presented the details. After we arrived home, we realized that we misplaced a set of keys and called Trish. She checked our old vehicle, the sales floor and her office but failed to find them and called us back. Approximated twenty minutes later Trish called to informed us that she checked the old vehicle another time and found the keys stuck in the seat cushion. "That's service!!" More

This dealer is the greatest one that I have ever visited. The sales person made you feel at home when dealing with her. He under stood the value of a customer and treated you like you were of someone of important. The finance officer was a real joyful person to work with. He understood his job very well.
