Couldn't have been happier, the assistant service manager Rick Manzoni was knowledgeable and courteous. Work was completed ahead of schedule and they even included a multi-point inspection at no charge. Would highly recommend this service manager and department to anyone having issues with their Ford. When I realized what had happened, I tried speaking with the manager and the manager told me it was my fault I didn’t read the paperwork more closely, and then demanded that I leave. The most dishonest and unethical buying experience I’ve ever had. More

Our sales guy must have seen her leave and texted me by mistake. “The guy xxxxin left and didnt buy. Tight was on his money and wanted us to cut the deal like 4k stupid xxxx”. Little did he know that he messaged me by mistake instead of his buddy. I showed the two managers who were in shock. I left and doubt that I will be doing business there again. More

I just purchased a brand new Ford F1 50 Make sure you examine the vehicle very thoroughly before you purchase it even if it’s a brand new vehicle. I just purchased a brand new Ford F1 50 white from there and it had very small rust spots all over it. I took it back up to the body shop as instructed and they seem like they didn’t really want to do it but they had to and when I told him that it was the entire vehicle they didn’t go over the entire vehicle I still have these rust spots on my truck as we speak and I don’t have time to take it back up there for them to do it again. More

Annette on the switchboard must have worked at a prison camp before taking this job because she is rider than anybody I have ever spoken too. 58 years old and this is the worst dealership that I have ever had any dealings with.
