The worst customer service of any dealer We were on our way to Destin for vacation and had trouble with our Explorer and barely got it to the dealer on a monday morning and right away the ser We were on our way to Destin for vacation and had trouble with our Explorer and barely got it to the dealer on a monday morning and right away the service adviser got an attitude with my husband who was understandable already upset and worried about our car with 10k mikes on it was having trouble and we had no idea how we were going to get around for the week and asked to get a car to drive while they looked at ours. Instead of trying to see the side of the customer the advisor went on the defensive and said he didnt have to do anything for us. My husband left very upset. Everything turned out ok due to Bondy Ford in Dothan ALabama coming to us to fix our vehicle in a parking lot. it was a sensor that was causing trouble in the motor. Now that is what customer service is all about. More
