A quick 10 minutes ride over the the dealership and a very smooth transaction followed by 10 minutes of how all the controls and features work and then I was on my way back up to Boston. SERVICE SUCKS Took car into service, asked for a oil change and tires rotation. I asked for tires rotation but did not get and was not made aware of it but initially charged for it. So the next day i called to ask why my tires were not rotated and it took Brandon 1 full day to figure out why, then i was supposed to be refunded but then was charged again!!!!! Without any courtesy call stating there error. I had to call and ask why was i charged and just got a response "oh we put in the refund today for double to amount" WELL IF YOU KNEW THAT YOU CHARGED ME AGAIN THANKS FOR LETTING ME KNOW!!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!!! NO ACCOUNTABILITY ON THERE PART BOUGHT CAR FROM HERE AND WILL NEVER COME BACK!!! Go to the Delaware Smith VW where service is cheaper and no tax for service!!!!
