Jason knew the car inside and out, and had an educated answer to every question that came up. I've been to a lot of dealers in the past who didn't even know how to operate the wipers on the car. From the time we walked in, to the time we walked out was maybe an hour and a half, which included the test drive and their calling several wholesalers to work out a deal on my truck. During the test drive, Jason highlighted the features of the car. He was very knowledgeable. After I decided to go forward with the purchase, Jason coordinated the process with the proper departments. The purchase went smoothly. Before I left the dealership, Jason assured that I knew how to operate all the "bell and whistles" of my Jetta SEL. He even paired the car's internal blue tooth device with my cell phone! Before I drove off, I looked back and Jason was still standing outside the dealership. He did not go back inside until he was sure that I drove away with no more questions or concerns about the car. I did some online research on the other dealers and decided to talk to Garnet first. My wife and I went in for a test ride where we were handed the keys to the car for a test ride. We came back and discussed our wants, came to an agreement on the vehicle that we wanted. They did not have the vehicle we wanted of the desired color but agreed to attempt to find one for us. We were notified before even getting home that they found the vehicle we wanted and could have it in the morning. The purchase experience was as painless as any vehicle purchase I have made. The only complaint I have is the finance guy who handled the tail-end of our transaction. Until meeting him, Natasha had been very forthcoming with pricing. I was unprepared as a buyer when the finance guy put the extended service plan on the table. I felt blindsided, and unprepared to negotiate. His sales pitch was inconsistent - "these are reliable cars, but..." As an engineer, I saw through his rhetoric about vehicle repair, and recognized for what it was, a sales pitch, on a high-margin product. His tone was condescending. In the whole positive experience with Natasha (and service later), this was a small tarnish in my sales memory. Almost perfect if not for him.
