When I first walked into Garnet I was not familiar with the dealer and marginally familiar with the CC. I really had no interest in buying the car. But once I test drove it and the value of the car (perf the dealer and marginally familiar with the CC. I really had no interest in buying the car. Jason did a great job of not pushing to hard but made sure we knew everything we should about the car before we left. We looked at the Saab 9-5, the Mini Cooper, and used BMW 3 series. I must admit I was pleasantly surprised Garnet VW. I knew what I was after vehicle wise and worked with Jordan from the start. Jordan was able to work very quickly on putting a fair pricing together (trade too) and find the SUV as I wanted it. That was not an easy task as already knew the regional inventory for a Toaureg Diesel w/ Executive trim. Jordan was straight forward and great to work with. I will be going in for my first courtesy service soon(couple small fixes needed) so now I expect the service dept to live up to the sales department's level. More

Everyone I met at Garnet Volkswagen was exceptional. Kyle, worked with me to make sure I was comfortable with the terms and conditions of the sale as well as my trade-in. I found Kyle to be very forthcoming and honest. I thought the price of the car I was buying very competitive and the value for my trade-in very fair. At the last minute, as I was supposed to pick up the car I had orderd, I changed my mind and decided on another one. That was when I met Jerald Ochsner, Fiance Manager. My decision resulted in many additional questions as well as new paperwork and jumping through hoops to get the other car ready for me. Everyone at Garnet quickly switched gears without skipping a beat. They were cheerful and supportive and encouraged me to make the decision that would make me most happy. I have had my car now for a couple of weeks and I can tell you that I cannot be more happy with my decision. I have spoken with Jason and the service team several times and found them to still be just as responsive to my needs as the day I came in to buy the car. We came back in, took the car for another test drive, and made the decision that day to buy the car. Anthony provided us great financing options with no back and forth nonsense and handled everything very professionally and courteously.
