Knowing that many people work during the day, Erich kept me updated via text message about the delivery of my new 2012 Jetta GLI. When it arrived he sent me pictures and notified me that the prepping was complete. I have always loved volkswagens, but after moving to Pennsylvania and dealing with Garnet and specifically Erich, I will neveer shop for a new car anywhere else. Within an hour of being at the dealership, Erich personality and friendliness as well as the beauty of the VW lineup made my wife into a VW fan as well. After looking in the market for a new car and finding a particular interest in the VW CC, my fiance and I test drove the vehicle at another dealership. After contacting the dealership and hearing back from Erich, we had nothing but a great experience. Erich was professional, curteous and responded to questions in a timely manner. Once we actually went to the dealership and met with Erich, he had great first hand knowledge of the vehicle and was an easy car salesman to deal with.
