I was looking for a new VW CC with the rare Luxury Limited package. Jordan was able to find me one that was still at port and had it routed to Garnet. I feel I need to start this review off by saying this was my first car purchase. I walked in pretty wet behind the ears and nervous about the whole ordeal, and Jordan was incredibly patient with me and helpe my first car purchase. He took the time to walk me through all the details of financing, insurance requirements, and car ownership questions. He understood that I had some very specific requirements as far as my monthly payments and the car that I could afford, and he really delivered! At no point did I feel pressured by an up-sale,or really any pressure at all. He found the perfect car for me: a 2008 Hyundai Elantra, and it fit perfectly within my budget, AND it's a great car to boot! I would absolutely recommend this dealership to friends, and I would tell them that Jordan is the guy to go to. If I had 5 hands, I would give my experience 5 thumbs up. I know where I'm going when it's time to upgrade, that's for sure! More

I had to drop my car off for a waste gate clip installation (no big deal and my choice). When they needed an extra day to finish the work, they gave me a free loaner car and - get this - drove my car to my office in King of Prussia to exchange for theirs loaner when it was ready to go. Amazing, right? What's even MORE amazing is that when I forgot my work binder in the back of their loaner vehicle, they drove that out to my office in King of Prussia as well! Natasha was extremely responsive on-line prior to my visit, and when I did come in, my deal was done within a very reason experience was at the top.
