I walked in confused on which two cars I wanted to get. Erich took the time to point out the features of both cars and weighed them against what I relayed to him I was seeking. Erich was a fantastic salesman. He explained exactly what our new car had to offer without pressuring my wife and me for the sake of making the sale. What sets Fran and this dealership apart from many of the dealerships in this area is that he does not seem to be doing that mental calculation that says if you walk out after your first visit without making a purchase you should be crossed off the list. I needed to shop by looking at several cars and making several visits to learn more, and he understood that. He stayed on top of my consciousness by staying in contact, but he was not pushy; it was just right-- I got attention, but not pressure.
