Upon inspecting the oil pan seal bolt, it has been pressu However, after the oil change on the vehicle, I noticed an oil leak, that was NOT before. Upon inspecting the oil pan seal bolt, it has been pressure screwed in. As this leak cannot be fixed by tighten the bolt any further as the groves may have been damaged, and damaging the oil pan. Will have to return for further service More

Although the Service representative was very knowledgeable on services requested, one of the services requested was not satisfactory. I set up my appointment to address the trunk latch recall is knowledgeable on services requested, one of the services requested was not satisfactory. I set up my appointment to address the trunk latch recall issue a week prior to my appointment only to arrive and was told the part needed to be ordered. Disappointing, that I was advised to return in 2 days to when the part arrives to fix recall issue. Recommend if the customer set ups an appointment to address a recall issue, the part(s) should be readily available at appointment. More
