They walk you through the process and offer suggestions. Nobody is pushy and they will always work with you to give you best possible deals. The dealership lounge is comfortable and I don't mind waiting while my car is serviced. I just pop in my air pods and watch a movie on my laptop or play with my phone. More

Luis Mendoza, as always, performs at the utmost highest levels. It is for this reason, that I've been with him for more years than I can remember. He is extremely professional, gregarious, very efficient, can multi-task, communicates exactly what needs to be done, only advises wisely what should be done in the future, and will make necessary managerial decisions when needed. His service is fast, but most importantly, done completely in the right way. If you come to this dealership, do yourself a favor and see this man. More

The dealership itself was nice and clean. I had my car serviced here. Came in to get a diagnostic. Was told it could take 4 to 6 hrs to wait and they would have only provided a ride if you live within 5 miles. So I was told I can rent a car if I didn't want to wait. I called the nearest Enterprise and went to get my own car then back again to transfer my belongings over to the rental. I didn't know how long it would take to get my car fixed. The next day I do not hear from service department so I called and they said my car wasn't even looked at yet. For the next 5 days I had to play phone tag with the girl at enterprise and the service guy. There was never a day where he reach out to me first. I was frustrated and didn't know how long to keep my rental for. I'm doing all the work and asking all the questions. I do not know how much I'm allowed to to spend a day on my rental to get a reimbursement and don't get me started on how many hoops I have to jump thru just to call the department that handles that. I will not see my money for at least 90 days and I was finally provided a loaner car after about 6 days. Then it took another week to have my car fixed. I'm not writing because I'm an unsatisfied customer. I am happy my car is back and fixed. But Kia can have a better protocol of how they handle long services. Be more thorough with your customers, don't be so vague about how easy it is to get a rental, give realistic times and quotes. I think this is pretty standard for more service departments from what I gather. Once again, not unhappy but just some constructive criticism. More
