Single family I bought a lot of used cars this dealership do not go to. I’m telling you now do not. I’m trying to save you a lot of time and headache. I have pictures of a transmission that they did not take care of and they said that they inspected it bring your mechanic if you’re gonna buy a car here they are dishonest they’re lying. This guy in particular doesn’t want to do with any problem. The moment he hears legal action. He just hangs up on you very unprofessional. I don’t know how he has these high ratings but absolutely positively one of the worst people I’ve dealt with, but he’ll talk to you guys high and mighty because he pay for my water pump that they didn’t inspect properly. Instead of making things right for a mistake that their mechanics made not us. It doesn’t matter if you didn’t have the tools for the car you send it to the dealership for it to get fixed properly before selling it if you are gonna sell a used car you just don’t get to do the minimal and then blame the customer for buying a car. That’s crazy so like I said it’s OK all the time I will be updating the story but if you if I can warn anybody do not buy a used car don’t even buy a new car from them. I’ve seen them buy a new car and before the people even got off the lot the car died on them. They just don’t take care of the cars properly they wanna blame you once something happens and then when you try to get it resolved, you know what he told me I can come trade the car back in because when they sold it to me, it was working Now that it’s not because of maintenance that they didn’t do when they sold the car. I had a strong feeling knowing which car I wanted when we pulled into Kia. One of the sales associates, Abraham Choi, came out to meet us when we arrived (without an appointment). He asked what we were looking for and ran to grab the keys of the car I wanted to see. He sat in the back and explained some of the main features of the car while my husband and I sat up front. He offered for me to take a test drive and allowed us a good amount of time on the road to feel the drive of the car. He was friendly throughout the test drive and never pushy. He was incredibly knowledgeable about not only the car I was test driving, but also many others. He made me feel at ease and was able to easily answer all my questions. When we returned to the lot, we followed him inside and waited for the quote on our vehicle. Both he and Aldo Orea worked through pricing options with us until we came to a price we could agree upon. The entire experience was so much more pleasant, friendly, and efficient than any other dealership that I'd been to. They were intent on ensuring we would be customers for life and I can honestly say I am looking forward to our next car buying experience at Kia when our daughter will be getting her first car. More
