My service advisor Jeremy was fantastic and guided me through a potential engine recall issue. Turns out the engine was bad and it was indeed covered under the recall by Kia. Jeremy told me it would be through a potential engine recall issue. Turns out the engine was bad and it was indeed covered under the recall by Kia. Jeremy told me it would be about a week to get the engine and about a week to get it swapped. Exactly two weeks later he called and said my car was ready for pickup. I've been here multiple times for service and am always pleased by the professionalism of the service advisors and maintenance professionals. I drive past multiple other Kia dealers specifically to go to Garden Grove Kia. More

Kia Garden Grove was great. Javier was super easy to work with and Khristina who delivered our car was very knowledgeable and showed us everything we needed.
