Although Garden Grove Kia was 94 miles from my residence, they were found on the internet as a dealership that might place a factory order for a specific trim line and options the otherwise was difficult to they were found on the internet as a dealership that might place a factory order for a specific trim line and options the otherwise was difficult to find in Southern California. Once the sales staff knew I was firm in what I wanted and such a vehicle was not to be found in any inventory for over 500 miles, they suggested I make a factory pre-order through them with a modest downpayment. I was able to take possession of my new vehicle 29 days later. I was updated throughout the process by both email and text messages during that time span. Sales representative, ET Torrez, was especially supportive in keeping me informed all the way through the procurement process, including helping setup the driver interface with the car and explained many of the functions and controls the vehicle had installed. My personal thanks go to him who made this vehicle purchase experience a stress-free pleasant one. More

My family and I came to Garden Grove Kia after we had a bad experience at a different Kia dealership in regards to the undisclosed dealer add-ons. After leaving the first dealership I had price in mind tha bad experience at a different Kia dealership in regards to the undisclosed dealer add-ons. After leaving the first dealership I had price in mind that I wanted to pay with no additional add-ons. I called Mia Mendez our saleswoman and told her the price I was willing to pay, after talking to her sales manager she text me back promptly and said they would do the deal. I made sure with Mia before driving 3 hours that there would not be any surprises when we got there and she confirmed that. Mia was very polite and professional through out the entire buying process. I had one issue on my purchase agreement that needed to be fixed, with the help from Mia and the GM Chad Clarke, they were able to accommodate me and resolve the issue. Garden Grove Kia is a honest trustworthy dealership. I believe they strive for excellence, and treat their customers with utmost importance. I would not hesitate to buy another Kia from Garden Grove Kia, they have earned my business and recommendation. I hope this review helps others looking to purchase a Kia. I love taking my car to the Garden Grove Kia- their service is unlike any other! I live over an hour away and I wouldn't trust my car with anyone else, with great service from helpful and kind people l service is unlike any other! Everyone here is so helpful and they all put you at ease with wonderful conversation and a great lounge area to wait at, where they have a very nice automated coffee/espresso machine and other beverages. They also have a laptop/device charging station and free wifi which is so helpful since I work from home and take my work with me to get serviced during business hours. More

After searching for months, I was able to get the exact minivan I wanted from Garden Grove KIA. Cory was extremely attentive and communicative and showed me exactly the car I was looking for! After visiting many KIA dealers and testing the KIA K5 GT, I bought the Snow White Pearl Kia K5 GT without the GT1 package. Chad Clarke gave me a great deal and agreed to have Evan put on Collinite Bead GT, I bought the Snow White Pearl Kia K5 GT without the GT1 package. Chad Clarke gave me a great deal and agreed to have Evan put on Collinite Beadmaster 100, a new silicone and graphene sealant, on the entire exterior except the tires at no charge. This dealership was pleasant to work with and has integrity. I even got to meet Craig Atchison, Service Director when picking up my car. Sales was very good with Javier Santos and Najwa Ayuob. Honda and Toyota cannot compete with the gas-powered KIA K5 GT at 290 horsepower with a great contemporary design. The 4 door gas powered sedan is reborn. Test drive one and you will see. More
