By then I told him I was not interested. He texted my friend that recommended seeing him his exact words were "Your boys got me f***** up lol. Not really a fan of his tone. The truck will be sold regardless." After this I will no longer look for another vehicle at Ganley Chevrolet in Brookpark Ohio. More

Horrible We have been going to this dealership for years have bought a number of cars form them the last car was a Chevy Equinox that after only having it less We have been going to this dealership for years have bought a number of cars form them the last car was a Chevy Equinox that after only having it less then 4 years it is falling apart. We took it in cause it is still under warranty they would not fix everything that was wrong we were offered to do a trade in for 13K they then changed it to 10K and were trying to but us in a car with a payment to 800 plus. And making it like it was are only course of action they were rude and very unprofessional. More

standard maintenance They got right to it, found a screw in a tire, checked the tires for leaks, and did not charge extra for removing the screw. There were no leaks. They did a VERY thorough inspection and took the time to show me everything that was wrong while the car was on the lift. They were courteous, caring, and very professional. I can't thank them enough. I had to spend $166 for the inspection but they saved me THOUSANDS in future car repairs (I did not purchase the vehicle). The dealership is very fortunate to have them working there. More
