Professional service I called the service department because I was having the car (2011 Malibu) go into "crawl" mode, and the check engine light was on. When I turned the I called the service department because I was having the car (2011 Malibu) go into "crawl" mode, and the check engine light was on. When I turned the car off and back on, it seemed to run OK. I was told that I could bring the car in right away, and they will check it out. When I got there they took the car right away. I left the car, and they called 2 hours later and said the car was ready, no charge because it was a recall problem. When I got there the car was washed, and it has run perfectly since. More

He made sure I understood everything, saw that I was comfortable in the waiting area, and checked back with updates. He asked my permission for each step. He was transparent, and assisted me by explaining warranty coverage I did not realize applied, thereby saving me money. I left feeling safe, comfortable, and that this was a service advisor and facility I could trust for the future of my car. More
