Worst experience ever. Found the car quickly, got what I wanted for my trade in. Then the lies began. First they force you to pay $600 for the crappy Simoniz car treatment. Then they force you to pay $299 for a spare tire. The vehicle 2021 came with a spare. The dealership has no clue what they’re doing. Then the Online price, per there website, states delivery fee is included in price. Once Finance woman finally comes with paperwork, it’s $699’ more for delivery fee. Every employee there got very quiet and instantly stupid over this. The website states it is included. The manager brings back my title and states we can’t do this deal!!! They were mad because I questioned the $600 Simoniz, plus $299 spare tire, plus $699 delivery fee. Also tried to force me to pay $249 pinstriping. Worst management ever. Do not do business with these scam artists. Sales person stated we could remove Simoniz, finance manager, stated no you have to buy. They can’t even get their lies down. Awful place. More

Worst car shopping experience of 50 years of shopping for cars. Salesman didn't listen to what we wanted. Agency was having a sale and had music so loud the salesman could not be heard. Salesmen were for cars. Salesman didn't listen to what we wanted. Agency was having a sale and had music so loud the salesman could not be heard. Salesmen were shouting and chanting like a football game. During this din I am trying to close a $30,000 deal on a vehicle. They told me they could not turn the noise down because the owner demanded it. When I complained to Tracy, the sales manager, two weeks later, she seemed to not care. Finally, I have noted Kia is making changes in the product they put forth as improvements but are efforts to create vehicles that are cheaper to make and more expensive to purchase. This was my last kia of 20 cars over 30 years of driving Kia. I am finished both Kia and Galeana. Galeana's ad says they treat customers like family. I feel sorry for their families. More

Bait and Switch My husband and I were given a lease quote for a 2019 Sorento. I returned to the dealer alone and was given a quote that was almost $200 more! I was told that there were not many Sorentos available. The rep then told me that they have many Sportage models on the lot and showed me the aisles and aisles of Sportages. Was in the showroom for 1 1/2 hours and having waited almost an hour for the "quote" on the KIA, I declined to test drive the Sportage. I asked that they email me a quote on the Sportage and I would return based on the quote. They never sent me the follow up. I feel that they overpriced the Sorento because they were hoping to unload a Sportage, I went to Fort Myers Honda, was treated respectfully, in a timely fashion and got a great deal. PS I was a repeat customer and had previously leased Sorentos since 2011 and used this dealer for maintenance. More

They worked my car into their schedule and worked several hours to fix the problem and then performed some upgrades that they noticed needed to be done. All of the work was still under warranty! The shuttle trip home and the return pickup by Shaun and Tim were greatly appreciated and enhanced by their friendly conversation. Great job guys! More
