We were told today by an employee at the dealership that it was easier to use Apple Car Play rather than Telluride Navigation system.....just plain stinken service. More
Do not buy your new KIA from Galeana Kia. Poor customer service and you’re treated as if they are doing you a favor. And if you do don’t buy from Howard. Joe Wright sold us a used Mitsubishi 2011 on March 8th after several visits to the dealership. The car was for a 25 yr old young lady in our family currently working out of state. Joe was helpful in many ways and she was thrilled to obtain the car at a reasonable price. We would seek his assistance again with new or used car purchase when the need arises. Joe was knowledgeable, professional and enthusiastic...the buyer and family could not have been treated better or enjoyed our time more at Galeana Kia if we had been purchasing a $40 - 50,000 vehicle! Got my reply from my complaint to the better business bureau. Wow, the general manager Robert Frankel replied and everything he said that he kept in constant communication was a total fabrication and li bureau. Basically everything he stated in the reply in reality never happened, he said the issue was between Kia and me but it was between me and Galeana Kia. He said the regional service manager stated "it was a mass produced vehicle and not a Bentley" when in fact this was stated by the bodyshop mgr/foreman to the service mgr Tim who told me it on the only visit to Galeana service. Robert Frankel even stated his regional mgr stated it is within specs per Kia corporation. Either Robert Frankel is lying mist likely and/or the regional rep never contacted Kia Corp concerning this and if that is the case both should be looking for a different profession as they are definitely not good at what they do now, I did send a certified letter to the CEO Kia America and a registered letter to the CEO Kia Korea explaining in detail everything that transpired and will forward a copy of Robert Frankels reply rebuttle to them for them to investigate his total fabrications as well as what Robert Frankel stated the regional rep said which in reality was said by his employee in the body shop. During all this I did file a complaint with Kia customer support which was escalated. I brought the car to a different dealer who really wanted to help unlike Galeana Kia, they took it to the body shop they use and yes there is no simple adjustments to fix it. Kia customer support arranged with the dealer I am using for the field tech from Kia Corporation to examine it, we both saw the misalignment and I said I noticed where the roof meets the tailgate thatbthe tailgate is lower on the side of misalignment, the field tech said that and the alignment bothers him. He contacted the body shop where it is now, he said he will work personally with them step by step and relay everything to the Kia engineers on this. So much for the blatant lies by general mgr Robert Frankel that through his regional rep said that Kia corporation considers the alignment normal. Basically both need a new profession because what they are doing now is a total failure and giving Kia a bad rep where in reality the bad rep belongs to Galeana Kia. Robert Frankel by his reply could possibly get a job as a fiction story teller as basically everything he stated never happened, has a good imagination but as a general manager is a total failure that is unless that is what Galeana Kia wants. I will not tell you to not buy a car from them or not have your car serviced by them, that is for you to decide by going there, reading all the negative reviews, the decision is yours. I will just say what happened with me, you must decide on your own as I am sure there are plenty of good employees there, just a shame the bad apples are mgrs. Just think on your own, I am sure as a mgr Robert Frankel will stay the same. Just go in knowing who and what he is. It is up to you where you get your Kia, go for the best deal, shop around and you might be happy shopping elsewhere. More
Definitely avoid Galeana Kia, all they are interested in is selling you a car at a high profit. Their service department deserves 0 stars. My car came with a misaligned tailgate, when the service manager took it to the body shop manager/foreman who stated "it is a mass produced car and not a Bentley and I am not going to touch it", I contacted Kia America and took it to another dealer who uses an independent body shop. I updated Galeana service manager Tim about this and his response was "if they do a good job let me know I can send all my cars there". Really great response. He also said the dealership received another car like mine and I asked him are they going to fix it, answer no. I have sent a letter to the CEO of Kia America as well as a letter to the CEO of Kia South Korea about their dealer representatives. If you are looking to buy a Kia, buy a used car or have your Kia serviced don't waste your time or energy going to Galeana Kia as they only care about taking your money instead go to a reputable dealer of which Galeana Kia is definitely not. You are forced to buy the simonize treatment plus other addons. Worse is their customer service, body shop and service depts. Took it to another Kia dealer and they are taking care of it with an independent body shop they use. Told that to Galeana service manager who said they got another in for sale same problem as mine but not fixing it, told him about other dealer his sarcastic reply "if they do a good job let me know, will send all our cars there". Sent my salesperson all the info about my problem said he was forwarding to general manager, well the general manager never contacted me. Avoid not only buying cars from Galeana, avoid like the plaque using their service or body shop. Basically avoid this dealership totally. I have contacted Kia corporate in South Korea as Kia America is covering up for these losers. More
Con artists , not only who is selling but the company itself. Paid off the car ,after I spend almost how much the car was worth it to fix. I had warranty but they refused to fix .
