I am now in my 60's and semi-retired, a single older woman and a little ditzy, but quite competent, and a salesperson myself. Bill is the consummate master of the soft sale; he listens and responds, and let me decide for myself what I wanted. It was a pleasure to purchase my 2014 Jeep Compass. Bill is efficient yet relaxed, and it was not just painless, it was fun! Everyone at this dealership is courteous, kind, and I got a great deal in a short time.
