Really need to talk to the owner. ...very sleezy tactics....caught red handed...said part was in and I told them I didn't want to come in (to have my fuel filters replaced) unless the ...very sleezy tactics....caught red handed...said part was in and I told them I didn't want to come in (to have my fuel filters replaced) unless the part (hubcap)...told me they had 2..so I made the appointment for 1:30.....arrived at 1...no cars in service area....after half hour my truck was still sitting there...another half hour....still there..each time I ask when they always said right now....another 20 minutes I asked again...oh right now they said....I saw them start it up so I went to wait....I walk outside and they had taken my truck and hid it so I would think they were working on it....I went and got the manager and showed him....I was pissed...(I told him that was a sleezy move)..he had them finally move my trunk in to work on it...I left around 4:30 almost 3 1/2 hours later...STILL without a hubcap...THEY DIDN'T HAVE ONE.....during all the sleezy stuff they pulled I almost bought a jeep but have since decided to buy elsewhere.....would love for the owner to see this review More

This dealership is a SCAMMER, sold my son and his father a $60,000 truck that turned out to be a lemon after the second payment. After having somebody else look at the vehicle it will be $12,000 to fix it. a $60,000 truck that turned out to be a lemon after the second payment. The warranty they sold with the truck for $4,000 does not cover the required repair and the GAP, in the event the vehicle would have been totaled, only a portion would have been covered, check this out, $9,000 still would have been owed on the vehicle. You talking about never purchase any type of car from this dealership, I WILL NOT and will inform everybody in my family and that I know of what just happened to my son and his dad who is a Pastor. They don't even understand what they just set themselves up for when you make underhanded sales.... You gonna start losing more than you gain, when you don't treat people right! This was done on purpose, you let them drive the new vehicle then change your mind and find this lemon on the lot and pawned it off on them overpriced, existing issues, and refuse to discuss or repair without extra charges. When trying to cancel the warranty, they get to keep half of it instead of refunding the bank after only 2 months. This whole deal was wrong and I am going to keep writing these reviews until people know that YOU MUST READ AND RE-READ EVERYTHING YOU SIGN. I am 3 appointments into trying to get my car fixed. Left it there several days each time. Nobody has even looked at it. I'm in my 3rd attempt. And last one too. Had 2 low beam head lamps replaced, 30 minutes of work. Got charged a full hour. Service/repair was Horrible!! I made an appointment for a weird nose coming from wheel well on my truck and dropped off the truck 6 DAYS ago. We were supposed to be contacted about the problem and ideas to fix. I called twice that day and could never get ahold of my “service rep”. The following day I called three times before finally getting to speak to him on third time. He said they had been waiting on my approval to figure out what was wrong. (Why did I make the appointment? Why did I saying saying go ahead and look into it?) he said they would now “work me in” but it would probably be Friday before they got around to it. Remember I had an appointment and dropped it off on Tuesday AM. Friday I called 3 times and no response. I called again on Saturday and was finally after telling the receptionist I was extremely frustrated able to get to speak to my “service rep”. He said it was torn apart and they where trying to figure it out. I asked him to please call me with update before close of business today (Saturday)....... No call. Monday am, I called and after reminding him he had promised to call he said he had just received my paperwork and was going to work up the numbers to call me back with in next few minutes. I gave him 45 minutes to call me back.....let’s see what happens, anyone wanna place a wager? UPDATE- 5 entire weeks later and the same crappy service is going on. That’s right they have had my truck for 5 weeks, service said the part was finally coming in on October 21 (I had to call to get that update). I have spoken with Service Manager(after being told again “ their swamped” and having left a message for 24 hours) and I called the manager back, that hey were swamped and working on it. Yesterday I called after 4 days of no updates from discussing with service manager and finally spoke with my service rep, who referred to it as “the truck from xxxx”.....service rep said he had no news but would check with guy in back and “give me a call right back” this was 24 hours ago and still no call back. SERVICE MANAGER HASN’T REACHED OUT TO ME, GM HASN’T REACHED OUT TO ME. I CANT GIVE LOW ENOUGH MARKS FOR THIS DEALERSHIP. The saga continues More
