Bonifacio "Phil" Favela made me feel at ease and made my purchase quite pleasant. I all ready knew I wanted Kia Soul and Phil showed me various pricing options without being "hard-sell" about it. These guys make the car buying experience a breeze. Kia has greatly improved their product and the cars do a wonderful job of selling themselves but the staff at Future Kia complete the package. I have always considered the experience of buying a car to be tantamount to going to the dentist, and I don't like dentists. Needless to say, I expected the same at Kia of Clovis. Car shopping has never been my favorite thing to do. I really liked the Kia Soul and I owned a 2011 which I did not buy from this dealership. I had bought it used and was experiencing some fluky things wi really liked the Kia Soul and I owned a 2011 which I did not buy from this dealership. I stopped in last year out of curiosity to see the 2012s available and was not planning to buy. I was first assisted by Chris Todd and then later Steve Leal. I have to say that both of these guys were very helpful and down to earth. Chris tracked down a 2012 Kia Soul for me and Steve later arranged to have the car ready to test drive. I didn't feel pressured or rushed into anything. That really drives me nuts when salespeople do that. That's usually when I walk out. Thanks guys! I've already put around 12,000 miles on my Soul and no problems whatsoever. I love the car! I recommend Future Kia! More
