I purchased the vehicle new from this dealership, in addition to an additional $4,300 in extended warranties! There was no love given and I was informed very frankly, with no alternatives offered, that I would need to pay for the oil change. To add insult to injury, my wife had taken the car in for the service appointment and we were almost turned away because of the delay in determining the status of our warranty! I sent a detailed letter, including the invoice, to both Fresno Kia's Sales and Service Manager's outlining my displeasure with the level of service received. That was several weeks ago and to date, I have not received any follow-up letters or calls addressing my grievances. From their lack of action, I would have to say that this is a bottom line company and could care less what I think about their dealership. I would strongly recommend that you take your dollars elsewhere and purchase or have your car serviced at any Kia Dealership other the Fresno Kia! More
Manager Michael cost me a lot of time and money I cannot stress enough the poor customer service at this dealership. I strongly advise anyone to do themselves a favor and drive to Selma or anywhere I cannot stress enough the poor customer service at this dealership. I strongly advise anyone to do themselves a favor and drive to Selma or anywhere else but avoid this dealership at all cost. I leased a Sedona from here and had many problems with it and was given misleading information by the sales team and more specifically the manager Michael Stafford that cost me not only a lot of money but more than 100 hours of time trying to rectify a problem the dealership should have handled just so that it did not negatively impact my credit. On 5 separate occasions between 2015 and 2017 I turned to this dealership (and ended up dealing with Michael) in attempt to solve various issues pertaining to my lease. We had significant mechanical/safety issues with the power sliding doors that we were tired of bringing in for service amongst other concerns. I ignorantly turned to the dealership to guide me and dealt with Michael each time. In the beginning his offense was simple failure to follow up and return my calls when he had promised to after spending a total of about 8 hours in the actual dealership looking into my options. One of those times I thought we had found a solution and I was in the process of buying a new Sedona to replace my lease making it to the finance guy only to realize that the price I had agreed to was not the price on the contract I was to sign. I decided at that point I was done trying to give my business to them and had nothing to do with them again until I was nearing the end of my lease and decided to end the lease a little bit early as I had a family road trip planned and could not drive my van due to the door issue flaring up again and finding a good deal on a used Ford. I called the lease end customer service who advised me to have any outstanding warranty work completed prior to turning in the lease so I was not charged for it. I made an appointment during that call for the following Monday and I hoped to have everything squared away by Friday when I was to leave for my trip. When my husband brought the van in for the work, there was no record of an appointment but the service department accepted the van anyway. That Friday I called the dealership to find out about the status of the work and to find out how it would work with signing over the lease as I wanted to get it taken care of as soon as possible. In hindsight this was a big mistake but, not having dealt with a lease before I (ignorantly) turned to the dealership thinking they would provide me with accurate information. I was referred to manager Michael (again) who told me that I could "come on in and sign". I repeated what the "lease end" people told me about having the work done prior to ending the lease and he assured me that I could "come in any time and sign" to end the lease. So I did. At that same time I removed my personal belongings from the van and made arrangements to bring in the headrests which we had removed to accommodate child seats. It was a that time I learned the van had not been touched. I did not know this would later become a nightmare requiring me to lose over 100 hours of work trying to rectify. Upon returning from my family trip I contacted the "lease end" people to find out what I owed on the van so that I could get it taken care of. I was horrified to learn I was not only being charged for the warranty work but also the headrests (which had been returned) in addition to the other charges. The reason for this was because they inspected the van prior to the work being done and the headrests being returned. It took 3 trips to the dealership and over 100 hours on the phone with various Kia personnel to rectify. The options I was given were to pay the money, spend the time going between the dealership and the finance people, or have it negatively impact my credit. All of this because Michael gave me inaccurate information. So, do yourself a favor and avoid this place or you may be sorry. More

Will NOT go back I bought my KIA Soul in Las Vegas and noticed the seatbelt was broken. There was a small piece of plastic inside that broke off and the KIA dealership I bought my KIA Soul in Las Vegas and noticed the seatbelt was broken. There was a small piece of plastic inside that broke off and the KIA dealership there told me they didn't have time, but if I took it to the Clovis dealership where I live, it's under warranty. When I went to Clovis, Jose Gonzales was instantly giving me dirty looks and trying to screw me over. I'm guessing because I'm a girl. I told him what I was told and asked if I could get it fixed. He got angry and said "why would a Vegas dealer speak on MY behalf?! This is absolutely not under warranty!" I felt completely uncomfortable and it made me miss going to Nissan when I had my 350Z, I was not treated this way. Then another man came and told me it was totally under warranty and they would take care of it and to just go make an appointment. Jose then rolled his eyes and walked back inside frustrated. He was completely unprofessional. I also wanted to fix my sun visor mirror because there was a small crack on the side. The guy told me it would be over $200 to fix it because of lighting and such, but there are no lights in my sun visor. I looked online and they are way cheaper to replace. I would rather drive out of town than go to this dealer again. More
Steve Leal Had a terrible experience with Mr. Leal! We actually were jut browsing Sorentos and the dealer who helped us test drive was fine. Nothing special but Had a terrible experience with Mr. Leal! We actually were jut browsing Sorentos and the dealer who helped us test drive was fine. Nothing special but definitely ok. When we had talked about the price being negotiable he had told us he would have to speak with his manager. So when we went inside we were ready to do just that... NEGOTIATE. Needless to say his "manager" Steve Leal was a complete jerk. Condescending, and totally acted surprised that we wanted to haggle. Your a scummy car dealer STEVE it's your job to haggle! He was a complete jerk and honestly he ruined the sale for our original salesman, we were ready to buy. After being treated with such disrespect we left and I will NEVER go back. More
Horrible, dishonest, false advertising We were looking at a 2014 Kia Soul, which was stickered on the windshield as a 2015 for a great low price. Drove the car, liked it. Then were told i We were looking at a 2014 Kia Soul, which was stickered on the windshield as a 2015 for a great low price. Drove the car, liked it. Then were told it was actually a 2014. Went home to think about it, called the next day and said we would take it. Showed up the next morning to be told it had been sold. WHAT? How does that happen from the evening before to the next morning. Ridiculous. The salesmen were all typical "Used care salesmen" and we are furious. Said they had plenty more but would be an increase of price of $5000, I don't think so. Got on the phone and found the same color in a 2015 model for $250 more. Thank you Selma Kia and your professionalism and honesty. Was told later that Clovis Kia always adds almost $2000 to all cars so be careful. Shop around! More
