Persevering to get the job done . This service call was interesting from the beginning to the end. Originally came in for an oil change tire rotation and to check to see if my passe . This service call was interesting from the beginning to the end. Originally came in for an oil change tire rotation and to check to see if my passenger side seat belt system was attached to security system. After several days and several twists and turns it was wrong to not have an alarm system when your side to build is not fastened. After much time and frustration was ascertain the motor vehicle a 2015 Ford expedition limited did not come with passenger seat to a warning system . F-150 130K Service The service staff was friendly and helpful. Initially I booked an appointment online and was pleased they had an opening that morning. After answering a lengthy series of questions, the service writer never referenced the online data. What was the point of the online questioning? During the service, quotes suggesting additional repairs were provided via e-mail, and followed up via text. Both were good methods of communication. The shuttle service was good, but the information on how to get the shuttle was poor. I could have sat there for hours if I hadn't taken the initiative to find out what was going on. As far as extra work performed, I felt like the prices were very high so I chose only those add-ons that I was not willing or able to try to complete myself. More

From the time I was greeted at the service dept ,my service adviser Nick Sanderson made me feel welcome & that he appreciated my business ! The work was performed as as promised in a timely maner ,also he offered shuttle service back to my home if I wanted . Also the dealership has a very nice customer waiting area which I chose to wait for the repair . They also wash my vehicle which I appreciated !! I okayed the work. I got a call that it was ready when I got there the advisor was out to lunch. A lady offered help. Then I was asked if I wanted the car washed when I was told it was part of the service. Over all very poor comunication. I have serviced my car here since new I also purchased the extended warranty here. More
Basic Service (Oil Change & Tire Rotation) I've never had a bad experience at this dealerships service department. Whether it be coming in for a routine maintenance or to have an issue fixed un I've never had a bad experience at this dealerships service department. Whether it be coming in for a routine maintenance or to have an issue fixed under warranty. And once even having a funny latch for the front seat upholstery that kept popping off. I have ALWAYS been promptly helped and had my need/issue addressed in a friendly and courteous manner. I've both waited for my vehicle as my service was being completed and have used the shuttle service. If I choose to wait I am always asked by an employee at some poin if I need anything, and if I take the shuttle service the drivers are always very nice. Will continue to not only service my vehicles here but I'll continue to be a repeat buyer here as well. More
