Bad communication and poor ethics I have owned my Explorer for 18 years. Happy with it. Took it in for brake and ball joint repair. I have issues with two areas. The first is the servi I have owned my Explorer for 18 years. Happy with it. Took it in for brake and ball joint repair. I have issues with two areas. The first is the service communication which I will touch on next. The second part was what happened several days later. Service and Communication: I brought my Explorer in on Friday morning. Service Rep asked if they could have it till Saturday (said that was just fine). Asked me how I wanted to be contacted (cell phone). Saturday came, no contact, I called the rep three times Sat, before I called the main office only to find they are already closed and I would need to call Sunday (awesome). Call Sunday, 'oh we don't do ball joints over weekend. It will definitely be done Monday.' Call Monday afternoon (again, me calling every time), 'oh yeah, they are not ready, maybe tomorrow.' Called Tuesday, 'oh, yeah should be ready later today.' Call later Tuesday, 'oh, yeah, its ready...' Summary - failure to communicate. My second issue came several days later... I got a phone call from same dealership, the person said with the big labor day holiday coming up they are looking for used models in great condition to resale to people that can't qualify for new car loans. Wanted to know if they made a really sweet deal on my car if I would sell it and then maybe get a new car? I was not looking for a new car, happy with my 2000 Explorer, but I said, okay, sure, why not, if you guys are in need and going to give me an awesome deal. Lets cut to the end... after test driving a few cars and finding one I would be good with on a trade in.... 3 hours later, what was the awesome trade in they would give me on my used car they so very much wanted, my car that ONLY had 100K miles on it (yes, 100K on 18 year car, I used it modestly at best).... wait for it, wait for it.... $300.... The tires on the car were only 6 months old.... they are worth more than $300 alone. Not to mention, I just did $3000 in maintenance repairs at their over priced service station, and they want to offer $300. Then to top it off, they go, 'well, what if we just take the trade in out of the equation, what would it take to get you in that new car?' What the heck? Your ethics just walked out the door, your whole point of calling me was your sad story about wanting inventory for people that can't afford new cars. Lets be honest, Sales people get a bad representation.... but this just made them look pathetic. Avoid this place. The only thing worse then the service department is the sales department. More

And I always feel like I get my moneys worth even thought it's always a big price tag. My car was returned cleaner then it was. Nice touch. And I am glad that the service people enjoyed my radio, but next time put it back to my stations, or don't turn it on at all...or at least make sure to turned the volume down and turn it off went I get it back. Really, our taste in music is not the same. It was really nice that my car was waiting for me, I did not have to wait for my car. From a woman"s point of view: The only thing off putting was the Sales guys (Sales sharks) outside. They are friendly (maybe too friendly) and fishing (non stop). Some don't stop when you tell them why you are here. Very annoying and way too pushy. It's nice that they go the extra mile to open doors etc, some of us like it and some don't. But all of this behavior also felt very uncomfortable. I felt like they keep hovering and did not give me space when I told them I was here for service. Back off sales guys. I know that you want a sale, but a return customer is way more valuable to you. So treat me like the customer that you want to sell a car, SUV or truck to over and over again...not part of the sales quota for the month. When it's time to get a new vehicle, I know where to go and where not to go. Don't help make that decision easy by acting like sharks. More
Amazing help I was greated my a sincere gentleman (Mark) and he went above and beyond to guide me in the right direction. I had to go get my kids, and he let me te I was greated my a sincere gentleman (Mark) and he went above and beyond to guide me in the right direction. I had to go get my kids, and he let me test drive the Explorer to go do so. He knew my budget and never showed me anything outside of it. I ended up with an edge. Very happy. Mike in the financial department was amazing too. Very honest and sincere. All the staff there were accommodating to my children and Mark even went to go get my kids dinner. I will highly recommend Future Ford. Thank you More

Wonderful. Roadside assistance was great they towed me into dealer when I had a blowout. The dealer gave me a loaner so I could come back after they got a tire.
