Terrible I purchased a vehicle from them in January 2018 I bought the vehicle at night. I drove the car back down there the next day Saturday dealership stated that they will fix the scratch. waited for days and days. continued to go down there. waited days and days dealership said that they will call me back. Not once have they called me. They told me today that its a used car and that they are not going too anything about it. I kept my phone records and witness that went with me during my visits. Small Claims court it is Sad after 20 years of buying cars from this dealership never again will me or my family return Will take your money but sell xxxxty cars ALL employees there STATED THAT VEHICLE NEEDS TO BE REPAINTED TO BE REPAIRED CORRECTLY. More Cars to Choose From! We went to the Roseville Auto Mall thinking that they would have a big selection on the Fiats, they only had one color & style. Not very happy! Fast and easy I was amazed, I called in not really sure what I was looking for. It was early in the AM and the sales manager picked up the phone. 20 minutes later w I was amazed, I called in not really sure what I was looking for. It was early in the AM and the sales manager picked up the phone. 20 minutes later with the managers help I narrowed down what I was looking for to two jeeps. Both were waiting for me when I arrived. Alfonso greeted me personally and Chris showed me around the cars. I left 2 hours later with my new jeep. Shout out to the finance guy Kevin for explaining how my loan actually worked.
