Sales people dont know their cars.. On numerous attempts to purchase a car from this dealer we have failed to do so. For once - sales representative (Isabella) was feeding us with mi On numerous attempts to purchase a car from this dealer we have failed to do so. For once - sales representative (Isabella) was feeding us with misleading and incorrect information - such as Jeep no longer makes Grand Cherokee Overland and ordering was not possible, and so as such we had to go to a higher model car; we did order custom overland at a different dealership a day later. After spending over an hour at the dealership they failed to produce any sort of numbers at all - something with the computer. The above has happened twice to us over the course of some time. There certainly will be no 3rd time that this dealership will see us. Not trustworthy people.. More

Performed services I didn't ask for then reiterated they didnt perform them when I picked it up. After getting home it was apparent that they lied. Kept my truck 3 days longer than quoted - I made an 8AM didnt perform them when I picked it up. After getting home it was apparent that they lied. Kept my truck 3 days longer than quoted - I made an 8AM appointment for Friday and they didnt touch it till Saturday evening. It was supposed to be a same day routine maintenance for a trip out of town. Service manager refused to respond to calls and voicemails. More
