Literally as I was driving my new purchase off the lot I tried making a phone call and realized the entire audio system doesn't work. Phone, radio, nav, etc no audio. Brought it in the next day figuring it was an easy software thing, oh no! 3 days later my new vehicle is in thousands of pieces, no idea how to fix and I'm met with disregard and they won't take a truck with one mile driven back or swap it. So now I have to work with ford corporate and my lawyer to get this all resolved. - Don't let this happen to you, go somewhere where they stand behind their products. You would never think your going to have an issue like this on a brand new vehicle, More
I’ve never had a worse experience at a dealership. I scheduled an appointment for truck and still took them over a week to diagnose it. I continuously was lied to every week from the service advisor R I scheduled an appointment for truck and still took them over a week to diagnose it. I continuously was lied to every week from the service advisor Rob. Every week he told me there was a different issue with my vehicle and with it being there a month I never received one phone call from Ford updating me. I had to call and Rob gave zero customer service just an attitude every time. After the three weeks Rob calls to inform me my truck is fixed and ready. When I pick it up I drive around the dealership parking lot and it has the exact same issue as it did when I dropped it off. The service technician drove with me after I went back in and heard, felt, and saw the same issue and said that’s not normal. So I left it there another week. After four weeks I go to the dealership and Rob says apparently it’s normal and we aren’t going to fix it. After telling him the problem still exists he says “oh well call ford.” I simply cannot say worse things about this service departments professionalism, customer service, or their ability to fix a clear issue with a vehicle. Strongly encourage you to go to any other dealer besides this one. More
