As always Fullerton Ford service department was great. Fred was my service representative yesterday and he did a great job. I have prepaid service on my 2019 Ford Escape that is good for four years or 4 Fred was my service representative yesterday and he did a great job. I have prepaid service on my 2019 Ford Escape that is good for four years or 48,000 miles (this save money on service for the Escape). Fred told me that I have six services left under my agreement. I was waiting 7,500 miles between each service on the Escape. Because of Covid-19 I have not been driving as much just like many others. If I wait 7,500 miles between service appointments, I will not get all six services available before it expires. So, Fred made some recommendations that will help me get all the service I need under the agreement. Thanks Fred and Fullerton Ford!!!!!!!!! More

I just had my F150 serviced and also had the trans checked because of an accident the technician was great in diagnosing the problem. The young lady Montana was very helpful. Had my 2014 F-150 in for the works package. upon inspection they found that my front brakes needed replacement and I could use a new battery. Montana my service rep pointed these things out to me an inspection they found that my front brakes needed replacement and I could use a new battery. Montana my service rep pointed these things out to me and quoted me a price for both. We set up an appointment for a couple of days later. I dropped it off and was told it would be ready by 12pm. I received a call around 11am that the truck was all set. My experience with Fullerton continues to be vey good and Montana handled everything very professionally. I will continue to get my truck serviced there and would recommend Fullerton to anyone. More
